It also helps to have a fairly high character level as skill ranks cannot be higher than your character level. Either one should need to be rank 7 or 8 (can't quite remember min rank). A couple of easy ones to do are Gambling and Swimming. To do this exploit you must first get a skill to a naturally high level where it requires 255 skill points to increase its rank at a library. Power armor (highest non-cheating armor you could get) was only AC 13. NAME AC - most powerful armor in the game - had an AC rating of 127. Now go back to the 2nd seat, open the loot UI, (Who wants the loot?), hit the down arrow, and then escape key.įinally go to loot the bag. Then go into a character, and drop the trash item. Once you have two loot bags, go back to the first seat. Once you have a loot bag in one seat, hop over to the other empty seat. Important: don't loot the loot bag! When you win a hand it puts an loot bag in your seat with the cash of your winnings. Keep playing poker in one of the empty seats until you finally win a hand. Hop into a seat and you can play a hand of poker. The NPCs in the occupied seats are playing poker. In this club was a table with 2 empty seats. In Needles, there is a private club you can get into with the right password.
You will need some cash, a trash item to throw away, and a player with the gambling skill (higher skill level the better). There was a couple of different ways to get super loot bags, but I'll describe the easiest. I don't think this exploit will be in the remastered game, but I kind of hope it is. haven't hit max level yet, but did hit rank 3 perception, and skill gaining XP] ( Note: skill ranks can't be higher than your level, so you have to be at least level 3 before you can reach rank 3 in perception.Įxploit: Using a keyboard macro, and several days of game play it is possible to reach max level on all of your rangers which is a rank of Supreme Jerk - level 163 (note, while I've been testing this exploit in the remastered, I haven't hit max level yet, but I am already fairly high level and still gaining XP). Next, do it for a couple more minutes, and soon all your rangers will have a skill rank of 3 in perception. Do this for a couple of minutes, and then radio in. Head further south, and you'll finally encounter the sniper that has been taking potshots at you. You get attacked by a couple more marksmen. You are now on the rooftop of a building. So use a rope on this portion of the wall. Your rangers should notice that you should be able to use a rope to climb over. Head to the bottom left corner of the room you are in. You also get randomly attacked by a sniper as you move about / fight - you can't target the sniper (yet).
Once you enter, you will be immediately attacked by 3 marksman.

If you move into the gap where the patch of road is, it will ask you if you want to enter the Alleyway. The building on the right looks like it is missing junks of its roof. In the north east portion of the town, there is two buildings with a horizontal gap in between them - the gap is a little portion of the road that goes between them.
